Dear Families,

We are welcoming our full eight week and 1st four week families Monday June 15th!

And we are including our 2nd four week families on this email to keep everyone informed!

With Week 1 of Supervised Playground quickly approaching, we wanted to share some important additional information to help you prepare. Attached to this email, you’ll find the following important documents.  Please take a few moments to read everything carefully, especially if you're returning this year, as there are some updates:
  • Parent Handbook - Be sure to review this in full; there are slight changes this year regarding procedures and policies.
  • Please be familiar with our ZERO TOLERANCE of physical altercations and bullying. 
  • Handbook available here
  • Updated Weekly Calendar  - As there have been changes and updates in the past few weeks please review the attached calendar to stay up to date on all activities and trips.
  • Calendar available here
      • Pick-Up & Drop Off Info - Drop-Off begins at 8:30AM (Before-Care: 7:30AM) and pick-up ends promptly at 4:30PM (After-Care: 5:30PM). 

        Red (1st Grade) Orange (2nd Grade) Green (3rd Grade) - Parents will park in the PRIMARY SCHOOL FRONT PARKING LOT and walk their children to their color group picnic table to sign them in (and then they will park and walk to picnic tables to sign out their children at the end of the day).
      • NO PARENT VEHICLES should be going around the back of the Primary School.
    • Purple (4th Grade) Gold (5th Grade) Blue (6th-8th Grade) - Parents will park in the MIDDLE SCHOOL PARKING LOT on the pool side of the building  and walk their children to the color group picnic table to sign them in (and then they will park and walk to picnic tables to sign out their child at the end of the day)
  • *New for this year- the phone number to reach the Supervised Playground Program between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30 pm is 267-607-1043
Reminders:
  • Pack a lunch and water bottle daily
  • Wear sunscreen
  • Camp shirts must be worn on trip days
  • For Swim Days, come dressed in a swimsuit and bring a towel, floaties (if needed), and a change of clothes. Deep end access requires a swim test.
  • Pizza Fridays are $2.50 per slice (drinks included)
  • Keep electronics and valuables at home
  • Most importantly — bring your awesome attitude!
 
 
Timely Parent communications will be sent through text blast, email blast and will be posted on the Supervised Playground program page here.

Good Afternoon,
As a reminder Supervised Playground registrant t-shirts are now available for pickup from the initial order at Artistic Screen Design, 630 Davisville rd Willow Grove from 9 am - 5 pm through Wednesday, June 3rd.

If you still have not ordered shirts, or were added into camp recently, we have added a second round of ordering open until Wednesday June 3rd. See the link below, those shirts will be available for pickup up the first week of camp. We will notify you when those are finished production!
