Fee Schedule
  • Security Deposit:
    • A $50 Security Hold is required for all rentals and will be noted on the user’s account
    • This amount does Not need to be paid upfront. However, by making a reservation, the user agrees that if the pavilion and surrounding property are not left clean, undamaged, or if rental rules are not followed, the $200 will be added to their account balance after the reservation. If all conditions are met, the hold will be removed with no charge.
  • Rental Fees (Based on Residency and Time Slot):
    Concert Gazebo Details:
    • Capacity: 40
    • Amenities: Exclusive use of gazebo only. Max 4 hrs.
    Rental Times Resident Fee (R) Non-Resident Fee (NR)
    Morning (10AM–2PM) $40 $80
    Afternoon (3PM–7PM) $40 $80
  • Additional Policies:
    • Rental fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled in its entirety, with written notice provided to the Recreation Department at least 7 days in advance.
    • All rental fees and the security deposit must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your date.
